We have a minimum order value of £5.00. The reason for this is that in purchasing a small item for say 0.99p, it is likely that the postage would then double its price making it far less cost effective to the customer. Our postage prices are calculated by weight and not by number of items ordered.

Purchasing from us

Payment for items are made through Worldpay which is a totally secure payment processing system. We accept a wide range of credit and debit cards including; Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Switch and Electron. We keep all stock items on our premises unless stated on the ordering information (this is for larger items such as Amethyst caverns). If we do run out of an ordered item, then we can replace them within two working days. In the event of this happening, we will notify you straight away.

Delivery

UK : Goods are dispatched whenever possible on the same day of ordering (once payment has been processed) and should be received within 2/3 working days (excluding weekends)

Worldwide: Goods can be delivered worldwide and will be dispatched within 2 working days of payment process.

Damaged/Incorrect goods

All goods that we supply will leave our premises without any damage or defects. In the event of any goods being unsuitable, damaged or incorrect, they must be returned within 7 days of receiving the goods(after 7 days they cannot be accepted). If you need to return an item, please email or phone us so that we can give you a return's reference number (this helps to speed up the process). 

Please inspect your goods closely upon receipt, and if an item needs to be returned, please make sure that it is sufficiently packaged (customers will be responsible for the full payment of any items that are damaged, whilst being returned to us, due to insufficient packaging).

The customer will be responsible for the safe return of incorrect goods. Full refund or replacement of goods will be credited upon return of the items.
